It has been 2 months since I had Nose Beam, and they say the Megaderm keeps showing through. They also say the tip is asymmetric. I want to remove at least the Megaderm, but is it possible to remove it at 3 months? A closed approach probably won’t work, right? It stresses me out every time I look in the mirror, so I want to remove it as quickly as possible
