I went thinking I might do various procedures like revision eye surgery, lateral and lower canthoplasty, and under-eye fat repositioning, but I liked that the consultation was much more honest than I expected. They honestly told me that even if I did lateral and lower canthoplasty, I probably wouldn't see a big effect, and since I don't have much under-eye fat, I could do under-eye fat repositioning if I wanted, but it would be better to do it later after more time has passed. For revision eye surgery, they said they would do double-line excision, so there would be an effect of lowering the line, but because scarring could remain, I should think carefully before deciding. Their honest explanation helped me a lot in making a choice.
