Their empathy was excellent, and they also explained the surgical method in detail, so for the first time I felt professionalism from a consultant. The director consulted kindly and, while simulating with silicone breasts, recommended breast implants that suited my body proportions. They recommended a size that matched my hip volume, but that was obvious enough even to me, so I didn’t feel it was a highly specialized consultation. They actively recommended a new method called Preservé, but this method only applies when surgery is performed subfascially...
