It seems to be one of the most popular places for removal these days, but I’m not sure. During removal surgery, it feels like they don’t pay enough attention to things like step-offs or depressions; it feels like they really only do complete removal. So I think I’m more drawn to the top three places. They just say step-offs and depressions can occur, period - then for management afterward, it feels like they tell you to get filler after surgery or have revision surgery. Opening and closing the nose even once carries such a big risk A hospital where removal and revision surgery are clearly separated. I think they would be good at simple silicone or L-shaped silicone removal, but for a nose that has had a lot of manipulation, I think you need to think it over.
