The doctor was not one of those drained-to-the-bone types, and they treated me pretty well~ It was not a super thoughtful consultation where they poured their heart into it, but they told me not to do things that were not necessary, so it was not bad. I think I would probably do it here if I get it done. I also got a consultation for fat grafting, but it has been a while so I do not remember well. I think it was around 200 for up to the second round.... not sure T_T I also asked about eyelid fat grafting, and they advised against it.. They said silicone lifting was also an option.
