They took photos of my face and showed me in Photoshop how it would look after surgery. Since the base was my own face, I was able to decide on the nose shape I wanted together with them. My nasal tip is upturned and I have no columella, but the director shapes the nose to suit my face as naturally as possible. Since this is a revision surgery, the silicone inside also needs to be replaced, so other places told me it would require a full incision, but here they said non-open revision rhinoplasty was possible, so I booked surgery right away for next week.
