The facilities looked really nice. Before seeing the director, I filled out a questionnaire, so I thought it was systematic, but the consultation with the director started right away without him even having time to look at that paper, so I wondered what was going on. The consultation was thorough, and he answered all my questions well. He did look somewhat tired, so I felt a little like I had to be careful, but he also marked the line well and answered well.
