I went for a nose surgery consultation, and they were unfriendly. They said the bridge could be raised this much (showing by pressing between the eyebrows), and that if the alar width were lifted together with the bridge and tip, it would naturally get smaller. That was the end of the explanation about the surgery. It was not detailed at all. So how many millimeters would the nose be raised? How exactly do you do the surgery for a short nose correction or alar reduction? When I asked that, they got annoyed and said, did I not listen to them, and told me not to ask the same thing I had already asked. Looking at the reviews too, people later said it sagged, had problems, and needed revision surgery. Not great. I will not do it here.
