My hump nose originally had a high nasal bridge, but once they shaved it down, it got lower instead (I originally wanted it to be a bit lower), and the surface area got wider. So the nasal tip got bigger too, and the nasal bridge also became a bit wider. Overall my nose feels a little bulky, but now I’ve gotten somewhat used to it and I’m living without any problems I went to the hospital crying and making a huge fuss several times, asking them to do revision surgery, but I just gave up. Because overall, my nose did improve
Things to be careful about: if you lower the nasal tip, it creates an optical illusion that makes the midface look longer. Even if the actual nose length stays the same, lowering the nasal tip makes the nose look bigger.
My nose was originally on the long side. But from the front, because it looked like an upturned nose (the front view wasn’t bad), it had a short-looking, kind of cute feel, but after lowering it, mine became a case where it looked bulkier.
Theoretically, it was done very well.
