1. I had a severe bulbous nose and hump nose, and I had had a Hiko nose thread lift, but the shape wasn’t pretty, so I was stressed. Even after Hiko, there was almost no change from the front... I went around contouring like crazy ㅜㅜ sob sob... Hiko didn’t help with a drooping nasal tip...
2. I had surgery after removing the Hiko threads... When I think about all the money I spent on filler until now, I just... should have gotten rhinoplasty earlier ㅜㅜ
3. They said donor rib cartilage might be used, but thankfully they didn’t use it!!!!! They raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage.
4. At first, I originally wanted surgery without an implant ㅜㅜ because I was so scared of silicone... But the director said that with my current condition, it probably wouldn’t come out pretty without an implant ㅜㅜ He told me honestly, so I worried about it a lot and eventually chose silicone.
5. I went for something close to a straight-to-semi-beak line. The director told me that a nose line with a slight curve would suit my face. He first recommended a line that fit my face, and he actively considered my face, nose line, facial proportions, all of that, and recommended the straight-to-semi-beak line. I’m kind of indecisive, so I’m really bad at deciding what line to do?? I was wavering a lot, but he decided it clearly for me, so I really liked that... In the end, I did well listening to the director..
6. I also had columella lowering done. My old nose had a shape where the columella looked curled upward ㅜㅜ
7. While raising the nasolabial angle, they also slightly refined the hump.
8. Not excessive, natural!!!!!!! I requested that I didn’t want a pointy nasal tip and asked for it to be round!

1. From the next day, it was more bearable than I expected. But I couldn’t wash, and because of the splint I looked messy... so until the splint came off, I had to go around wearing a mask ㅜㅜ
2. Swelling: major swelling for 1-2 weeks... minor swelling felt like it stayed up to a month. Now it seems like it’s all gone, but they said it will go down more until 6 months, so I’m like huh?? Is there anything left to go down from here???
3. I put on makeup for the first time after a week, and my nose got super oily ㅋㅋㅋㅋ After surgery, I couldn’t take good care of my skin, so at first the dead skin was intense.... And when I rubbed foundation on, my nose felt weird... It felt like my nose wasn’t my nose ㅜㅜ Now a lot of sensation has come back ㅜㅜ!!
4. What I requested before surgery was for the nasal tip not to be pointy, but round.. not excessive and natural... and the nose design came out exactly as I requested ㅜㅜ The director is seriously the best..... During treatment too, he came to check on me every single time without fail, and he was always so, so kind ㅠㅠ
5. Until around 3 weeks, my nose felt like it looked upturned, so I was worried, but now it has naturally come down. They said in the beginning they intentionally correct it that way and then let it gradually come down.
6. The shape of my nostrils changed a bit too.. From a wide shape, they became longer vertically ㅋㅋㅋ If you raise it too much, I think the nostril shape could become really weird.. Everyone, keep it moderately natural ㅠㅠ
