It was my first nose surgery, and I had it done non-incisionally. I had 2 mm silicone inserted and made it look really natural. I also had a bulbous nose, so I hoped they would correct that too, but they said my skin was firm, so it probably would not correct well.. I wanted my overall impression not to change much, so I did go for a natural look. Since people around me did not notice, I felt a bit of a reality check, but once the swelling went down, I am completely satisfied There are no scars, and it became naturally higher, so no one can tell.. I felt awkward for no reason, so I did tell people myself, though.. If there is a downside, the top of my nose feels a bit stuffy.. and when I am a little tired, the nose area feels kind of dull and achy? Also, my nose is a bit upturned, so my nose hairs stick out;; having to trim them is annoying.. I wrote this because I thought there would not be many reviews of non-incisional surgery. If you want naturalness, I recommend it, but if you want a dramatic change, I would advise against it..
