If you do it here, it will really be a disaster. About 3 years ago I had masseter reduction surgery and ended up with hollow cheeks, and I’ve been suffering ever since. No amount of fat grafting or filler can replace muscle. Just get Botox. This cannot be undone, and the director really has no skill ㅠ After that, the hospital did absolutely nothing for me and just acted like it wasn’t their problem. Please be extremely, extremely careful when deciding on surgery.
