I had a consultation with the chief director, and they were very kind. The consultation went in the order of manager -> director -> manager, and both of them explained each surgical method one by one while holding models. They explained the surgery methods in detail, breaking down each term, and answered my other questions as well. The consultation ended neatly and concisely, and the manager also answered questions about aftercare and various other things. Overall, the hospital was very kind, and I was able to exclude surgeries I didn’t want. That said, there was a slight mention of the deposit, so it could feel a bit burdensome at the end.
