I had a consultation with the chief director, and they were very kind. The consultation goes manager -> director -> manager, and both of them explain each surgical method one by one while holding the model. They explain the surgery methods in detail by breaking down every term, and they answer any other questions as well. The consultation was wrapped up neatly and concisely, and the manager also took questions about aftercare and many other things. The whole hospital was very kind, and I was able to leave out surgeries I didn't want. The only thing is that there was a slight mention of the deposit, so it may feel burdensome at the end.
