I had nose surgery about 9 years ago, and now my nose is crooked. I had biocartilage at the tip of my nose, and the area where it meets the silicone looks unnatural and obvious. The nose itself was only lifted a little, so it looks natural, but because of the crooked nose I am suffering from rhinitis. I am looking into removing the silicone while having rhinitis surgery. It has been quite a long time, so I do not know what it is like now, but I do not recommend it.
