I had revision nose surgery. It was done under local anesthesia, and after the surgery I don’t remember seeing the director at all. There was no explanation of how the surgery was done, and later the director at the hospital where I had my third surgery said there was no septal cartilage, so it seemed like it had been discarded at the previous hospital. The silicone was visible, my nose was crooked, and my nostrils became uneven.
