Before surgery, my nose was a bulbous nose, upturned nose, short nose, and wide alar base all at once. It was really a hopeless nose, and at one hospital they even refused to operate as soon as they saw it. Then I found this place, and when the director looked at my nose, they said I had come to the right place and spoke confidently during the consultation, so I booked the surgery date. At first I had really high expectations. But the result after surgery was not very satisfying. The silicone was inserted a bit too much, there was almost no improvement in the bulbous tip, and although the upturned nose did come down somewhat compared to before, the nostrils are still clearly visible from the front. The alar base was also reduced less than expected. Functionally I am doing well without side effects, but aesthetically, honestly, I am not satisfied.
