I went for a rhinoplasty consultation, and they started with a CT scan before consulting me. They explained things in detail, and although there were many material options, the materials the doctor pushed were set: autologous costal cartilage, customized silicone. They said functional and cosmetic surgery could be done together, and other hospitals recommended osteotomy, but here they said it was possible without doing it. Also, they recommended a thicker silicone implant than other hospitals. They seem to pursue a somewhat noticeable style. The consultant spoke too quickly and it wasn’t a helpful consultation. But the cost was too high even though it wasn’t revision surgery, so I thought if that’s the case, wouldn’t it be better to go to Seoul…
