The director seemed to tell me only exactly what was needed, and said they would use osteotomy, silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage But I wanted it a bit more glamorous, and because I already have some nasal bridge height, they only recommended about 1-2 mm of silicone. The consultant also said that after surgery, there would be almost no height difference from the side and it would feel more like refinement, so I felt like the shape I wanted wouldn't come out ㅜ
