I have a long nose bridge and a nose tip where a lot of my nostrils show, so it’s my complex, and I went to get a procedure as a test. At first I went only planning to get filler, but the consultation manager strongly recommended a procedure that ties the nose tip with threads too. I asked for the filler amount to be kept as minimal as possible. I did nose-tip threading, nose-tip filler, and nose bridge filler. For exactly 3 days I was extremely satisfied, but after that the thread at the nose tip snapped with a hard pop. Then the nose-tip filler spread to both sides, so my nose looked bigger than before. It lasted for about half a year, then I dissolved it, but the filler barely dissolved at all.
