I’m two months post-op from nose surgery and fat grafting At first, my swelling was honestly worse than anyone else’s, but after the splint came off it went down like crazy, and now I think all the swelling is gone lol I think the swelling from the fat grafting was worse than the nose swelling I’ve scheduled the date for the second round of fat grafting, but I’m worried it’ll swell a lot,,, For the second round, I’m thinking of making it a bit fuller than the first round, considering that some of it will be absorbed later For my nose, I can see that the thick nasal bridge and hump have been refined, and the part that didn’t improve with filler now looks smoother in profile I guess this is why, when you keep getting filler, you eventually end up having surgery,,, I heard it takes about 6 months to 1 year for everything to fully settle and stabilize, so I’ll need to be careful until then
