I had tip rhinoplasty yesterday, on the 25th. They said it was a difficult surgery because I have a bulbous nose. No silicone was inserted into the bridge; just lifting the tip alone already pulls the skin a lot, so they said it could accidentally make the eyes look like they had inner corner surgery. The strut was made with donated costal cartilage. Everyone was kind, but taking photos with my forehead exposed was so sad.
