A few years ago I had a hump nose osteotomy and contouring, with silicone and ear cartilage to extend the bridge and tip of my nose. At the time of surgery I thought it was fine, but maybe because time has passed, it looks too high, and people around me say my face seems to have changed, so I'm thinking about revision surgery.
