Day 9 after eye and nose surgery

I had my stitches removed and am posting right away.. I also got a lot of help from this community Honestly it’s embarrassing too, but I’m posting right after getting my stitches removed today. I had osteotomy, nostril wing reduction, nasal tip tying, and used ear cartilage. I really had a very severe bulbous nose. I’m satisfied. My nose is still swollen.. and I have a lot of bruising too. I hope the swelling goes down quickly.. I didn’t do the nasal bridge. They suggested silicone, but I said I didn’t want it, so they just covered it a little with something called artificial perichondrium. They said if you already have a bit of a nasal bridge and don’t want silicone or Gore-Tex, they can use this.. They said after osteotomy it can get uneven, so they cover it with a membrane. For my eyes, it was buried-suture double eyelid surgery. The swelling in my eyes seems almost gone. I like how it is now, so I hope it doesn’t go down any more If it comes undone later, I’m planning to just do incisional surgery. I even had my eyes done under general anesthesia lol They said I’m probably the only person at that hospital who had both eyes and nose done under general anesthesia... I’m just that scared lol Thank you everyone here too.. I got a lot of help while looking at this.. And the doctor kept saying to me, “Who are you?” today lol The doctor is kind, and I’m thankful to the nurse too lol
