Those of you who haven’t been long out from surgery must feel really stuffy.. I’ll tell you a method that really clears it right out lol First, go to the pharmacy and prepare a syringe and saline solution.. For the syringe, not a small one..they have really big ones... If possible, you should use that because it lets the saline go deep inside the nose all at once and smoothly~ Whenever you have time, put saline into your nose, spit it out through your mouth..and repeat After doing this, mucus and dried nasal crusts from inside get pushed out... If your nostrils are wet, blowing with tissue makes it come out better, ,,,but you should do this around the time it doesn’t hurt, depending on your condition, right? ^ ^ I started doing it like this from about day 3.. The doctor looked and said the inside of my nose was so clean..and that it was totally model care lololol Anyway, I hope it helps ^ ^
