Since getting nose surgery, I've developed a habit(?) of only looking at people's noses. I have a bulbous-nose style, and my nasal tip is still very round, so they decided to tie the tip cartilage again at the end of this month. Since I'm going, I want to ask them to lower the columella a little... Some people say a nose with a columella is pretty (for example Lee Na-young or Geum-soon...) others say a nose without one, like Han Ga-in's, is pretty... For me too, it changes depending on when I look, but having a columella does look feminine... I'm also worried it might look awkward if my tip is round but the columella protrudes too much... How should I ask the doctor to make the columella so it turns out pretty? Oh, and when lowering the columella, do they use things like AlloDerm or Medpor? For those who had it done, is it not hard.. Please answer~~
