Six years ago, while I was getting a consultation because of my bulbous nose and short nose, they said cartilage would be enough, so I proceeded with surgery. But on the day of surgery, they changed their mind and said I should use silicone, so in the end I had cartilage tying at the nose tip and nostril reduction. The bulbous nose was corrected to some extent, but the short nose got worse, so five years later I had revision surgery somewhere elseㅠㅠ
