It took a long time to get the consultation appointment, but a gap in my schedule opened up in the middle, so I went. I think I waited about an hour there too T_T There were a ton of patients. There was a consultation fee, and the director looked at me carefully and explained the area I was worried about. When I came out, I realized I had not heard about the surgical method, so I got that information from the manager waiting outside. I had made a reservation, but then changed to another clinic and received a bank transfer refund of the deposit.
