This was the first place I went for a consultation while looking into revision nose surgery. The director was kind and I was fairly satisfied with the consultation too. The consultation wasn’t extremely long, but I kept asking questions because I had some regret, and they answered well. They seemed to understand the areas I was worried about and the direction I wanted to improve. So I felt like my concerns were somewhat cleared up after the consultation, and I gained some confidence about revision surgery itself. The director is an otolaryngology specialist, so I’m still not sure whether it would be better to have surgery with a plastic surgeon, but there was no pressure to book, which I liked. I have rhinitis, and they said if I combine it with functional treatment, that part can be covered by insurance.
