I had silicone placed and my nasal tip raised with a closed approach. I kind of like how it looks from a diagonal angle, but from the side it keeps sinking more over time ㅠㅠ At first I really liked it.. Now I’m considering revision rhinoplasty. Of course, it’s better than before, but since it was my first surgery, I was scared and chose the closed approach. At first it was quite high, and even though it has come down now, it still harmonizes fairly well with my face.. (The nose shape itself barely changed; only the height increased a little.) What should I do? Human greed is something else..
