I had double eyelid surgery when I was young in the area where I live, but I heard a lot that nose surgery should be done in Seoul, so I picked a day, went up to Seoul, and got consultations!
First, my natural nose has a bridge, but from the front, the area between my eyebrows looks kind of flat? That has always stressed me out, so I worked hard on contour shading, but I’m getting tired of it now. Other than that, I just wish my nasal tip were a little higher? Looking at the nose photos I want, I think they have a slightly glamorous feel.
-First clinic I was looking at nose surgery reviews, and the designs looked like the nose style I wanted, so I booked a consultation. But early in the morning on the day of the appointment, I looked up the reviews again, and somehow all I could see were photos that were not the design I wanted... I wondered what on earth I had been looking at, but I went with the mindset of just going for the experience. First of all, the consultation manager was very kind, and the director was kind too! But I had never once thought I had an upturned nose, yet they said I had an upturned nose and needed to lengthen it slightly (even my acquaintances were like, “Huh?” when I said they called it an upturned nose during the consultation), and they also recommended alar reduction. CT imaging was optional, but as I said earlier, when I looked at the review designs again, they were not my style, so I didn’t proceed with it. I’m not sure if it was because there weren’t photos, but I feel like they mainly explained things verbally!
-Second clinic Here too, the designs in the review photos were totally my style, so I booked a consultation, and the consultation manager treated me kindly. Here, they took a CT scan and then started the consultation! The director was also kind. Since I’m the type who normally has a hard time looking people in the eye, I was struggling a bit, and they smiled and told me that if I couldn’t look at their eyes, I could look at the area between the eyebrows. They printed the photos taken earlier and explained the materials and surgical method over them according to the design I wanted! Also, they said things like alar reduction looked unnecessary and did not recommend them, and I guess that made me trust them more?
Because of time, I could only visit two places for consultations, but if you know any good places for nose surgery, please recommend more :)
