The hospital where I had my first surgery 15 years ago. I had a bulbous nose, and they put in a high silicone implant, so I ended up with a big nose where only my nose stood out. During the consultation, they said revision surgery would be possible anytime if I was dissatisfied with the shape, but they took 600,000 won just for the sedation anesthesia fee. What I still remember clearly is that when I woke up from anesthesia, there was no splint or gauze at all, just a single piece of tape stuck under my nose. It felt like they only pretended to do something and then ended it. When I called as if I were going to consult about revision surgery, they said, “We still have your records, Ms./Mr. OO, so come in,” but when I said I’d be having surgery at another hospital and asked them to copy my chart, the consultant shrieked that they had all been discarded
