It felt like they only pretended to do something and then ended it When I called as if I were going to consult about revision surgery, they said, “We still have your records, Ms./Mr. OO, so come in,” but when I said I’d be having surgery at another hospital and asked them to copy my chart, the consultant shrieked that they had all been discarded
