Before-before after-after-after It’s been 6 months since I had implant-free hump nose rhinoplasty :) It was okay when I was young, but as I gradually grew up, my hump nose developed more severely and gradually became an insecurity. After surgery, rather than pain, I felt dazed and my body felt heavy, and you live with cotton packing in for one day. From returning home until before the cotton was removed, it was so hard. Rather than hurting, because I couldn’t breathe properly and could only breathe through my mouth, my throat hurt too, and I had to sleep sitting up.. I think those parts were uncomfortable and difficult. After the cotton was removed, it was relatively okay!
After one week, the splint and stitches are removed, and until then, since it was summer and I couldn’t wash, my face got oily, and the swelling was severe, so I kept feeling anxious and had to overcome that..? Aside from things like that, I don’t think there was much else. Other people say their ears hurt a lot, but I was okay. Even after the splint was removed, unlike other people, I had a bit more osteotomy done, so there was a lot of swelling and bruising, and my nose was so swollen that I wondered, is this right..? But as I saw the swelling gradually go down and the bruising fade, I think I became satisfied. Really, up to the one-month mark, as I learned how the major swelling was going down, I looked in the mirror like crazy haha.
Even now, 6 months later, my friends don’t really notice, and if I don’t tell them, they don’t know. I’m so satisfied because he made it look completely natural! When I recently visited the clinic, they told me the minor swelling had also gone down a lot and was resolving well, so I was really relieved. Right now, I don’t see a huge dramatic change, but as the minor swelling goes down, it’s becoming a little more natural and the shape is getting prettier, so I’m very, very satisfied! Thanks to Director Kim Da-alm, I can take photos confidently, videos come out well, and I feel like I’m receiving more compliments on my appearance than before, so I feel good haha. I don’t think I’ve regretted the surgery even once so far!
