They take facial photos like at a dermatology clinic and then consult with you. It was a bit difficult because they didn’t check whether my face was crooked. During the consultation, they recommend filler, open rhinoplasty, closed rhinoplasty, and so on. They recommend closed rhinoplasty a lot, and I recommend them for people with a hump nose. They seem confident in that. They don’t seem to specialize in bulbous noses or dragon noses. They also say axis correction is not possible.
