I had full-face fat grafting in August 2007. One of my acquaintances had nose surgery, and after a consultation I went ahead with it right away. I had very little facial fat, almost a skeleton-like face, so I used belly fat, and I was very satisfied after the surgery. Afterwards, I lost about 4 kg, so a lot of the grafted fat was also lost. The review saying to lose as much weight as possible before grafting is probably referring to cases like mine.
