I had a consultation because I have too little facial fat. I asked about Sculptra and fat grafting, which had been recommended at a previous dermatology clinic, and because I have so little fat, they said Sculptra probably wouldn't be very effective and did not recommend it. Instead, they recommended fat grafting and lifting. Their analysis of the weaknesses in my face and the areas that needed improvement was accurate, so it was a consultation I could trust.
