After fat grafting, the fat went away and my nasolabial folds became more prominent, so I went for a consultation for nasolabial fold filler. I had heard they specialize in double eyelid surgery, but I thought the person would have a lot of experience, so I had the consultation with a friend. With my friend, they recommended fat grafting and talked about very dramatic cosmetic surgery results, but for me, perhaps because I had already had fat grafting, they said there would not be much effect beyond filler and that even filler would not have a big effect, which was very disappointing. I felt hurt because it seemed like they were giving more detailed consultations to people who were expected to have prettier results and higher expectations after surgery, since my friend would supposedly have a better cosmetic outcome.
