Hi everyone, as of today, it’s been about 6 months since I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, 4-layer fixation FitMe, and 3D-printed nose surgery by Director Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery. I wanted to share information that could be like a ray of light for everyone considering rhinoplasty, so I’m writing a 6-month review too haha. As I mentioned repeatedly in my previous reviews, the reason I had revision rhinoplasty was that after my first surgery at another hospital, I was dissatisfied with the shape and had silicone deviation, so I ended up having revision surgery. I had all the conditions that make a nose difficult: bulbous nose, wide nostrils, thick skin, and small nostril openings…
