1-month review after full removal of an 8-year-old nose surgery

I had my first nose surgery roughly 7-8 years ago. From what I remember, the surgery included hump removal, osteotomy, silicone for the nasal bridge, septal extension, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. My original nose had a spread-out look, so I said I wanted it to be as high and pointy-looking as possible, and it actually turned out that way, so I was satisfied with it. Then, maybe about 3 years ago, because the skin on my nasal tip became thinner and the cartilage was showing through and could be felt, I had the ear cartilage removed and had fascia from behind the ear added once. After that, there were no problems for a while, but maybe because it was gradually being absorbed, the pointy feeling of the nasal tip started bothering me so much…
