Recently I decided I wanted nose surgery, and while searching through an app I saw that all the review photos posted there matched my style, so I went in for a consultation. After a CT and about 10 minutes of consultation while looking at the photos, the head doctor was not very kind. Still, if you want a natural-looking nose, I would recommend at least one consultation.
