I had incisional double eyelid surgery before, but the line drooped, so this time I had it set slightly higher as a semi-out line. For my nose, I had filler before, but it all spread out, so I had surgery with silicone and septal cartilage, but it drooped, so it ended with another revision This time I used autologous costal cartilage. Since it’s autologous costal cartilage, it looked very upturned at first, so I was worried, but the swelling still hasn’t fully gone down, so once all the swelling goes down and it settles into place, I think it’ll look a bit more natural. The line came out well, right?
