I had it done 1 year ago, and the director passed away this year so the clinic is gone now, but I haven’t seen many reviews of first surgeries done with AlloDerm, so I’m posting one. I was worried about silicone side effects, so even though it was my first surgery, I did the nasal bridge with AlloDerm, and the nasal tip with ear cartilage. I asked for it to look natural, and it really turned out like a natural person. After getting it done, I do wonder if I should have made it more defined with silicone, but it’s better than not doing it, and I don’t worry about inflammation
