First of all, my nose definitely needs both cosmetic + functional rhinoplasty.
I looked into surgery to improve a hump nose + bulbous nose + high and wide nasal bridge + long nose,
and at every clinic, when they took a CT, it showed that I had a deviated septum and inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Two places even diagnosed me with nasal valve stenosis..
There are various surgical methods and the prices differ a bit, so I still haven’t decided where to do it...
Please read my reviews, and if anyone has actually had surgery at these places, please help me ㅠㅠ
1. Mighty Items: septum, implant-free, nasal tip, bulbous nose, long nose, hump nose Surgical method: autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + filler removal + fat removal Cost: 2.00 million (functional nose) + 2.60 million (cosmetic) = 4.60 million 2.00 million can be processed through insurance

=====> For now, it didn’t seem like a factory-style clinic, and I liked that the doctor was kind and explained things carefully and thoroughly, but it was the only clinic that said I needed autologous costal cartilage because the nasal tip will drop over time... But since they use autologous costal cartilage, around 4.60 million seems very cheap, so I’m torn,,, but I really don’t want to use autologous costal cartilage ㅠㅠ, and every other place said I needed nasal osteotomy, but they said they would proceed by shaving the side bones of the nasal bridge instead of osteotomy..
2. DA Items: septum, implant-free, nasal tip, bulbous nose, long nose, hump nose Surgical method: septal cartilage + nasal cartilage + nasal bridge osteotomy, filler removal - Make the nasal tip smaller, osteotomy for the nose line, nostrils slightly visible, dissolve the filler in the nasal bridge and remove the hump - No implant used Cost: 3.96 million won on the condition of writing a review (4.95 million if not writing a review)
=====> Since the entire building was a plastic surgery clinic, it did feel somewhat trustworthy, but it had a factory-like feel. Still, the doctor was very thorough and clearly told me what was unnecessary and only told me what needed to be done, which was good, but there aren’t many reviews, so I’m hesitant..
3. Pride Items: implant-free, hump nose, nasal bridge osteotomy, nasal tip cartilage tying Surgical method: ear cartilage, filler removal + nasal bridge osteotomy Cost: 2.83 million on the condition of writing a review
=====> The only clinic that didn’t take a CT. It seemed more famous for breast surgery,, I was considering it because the price was low, but I ruled it out because they didn’t take a CT and didn’t mention functional rhinoplasty at all.
4. Between Items: implant-free, hump nose, long nose, nasal tip, deviated septum, nasal valve reconstruction, bulbous nose correction, nasal tip angle adjustment, filler removal Surgical method: osteotomy (optional) + septal cartilage Cost: 4.36 million on the condition of writing a review, 2.50 million without functional rhinoplasty
=====> The clinic facilities were good and the atmosphere was good too. Even though it was a large hospital, it didn’t feel very factory-like. The doctor was gentle, kind, and explained things well.
5. Ilumi Items: hump nose, nasal bridge osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, filler removal, implant-free Surgical method: osteotomy + donated costal cartilage (additional 1.10 million won) Cost: 4.40 million, same-day card price 3.50 million, cash price 3.30 million => about 4.40 million if adding 1.10 million for donated costal cartilage
=====> I liked that the doctor spoke very strongly and clearly, but they said I needed to use donated costal cartilage,,, so I feel a bit reluctant,,, Maybe because I heard from other clinics that I didn’t necessarily need rib cartilage and cartilage alone would be enough, even though they spoke clearly and decisively, I just didn’t feel drawn to it... ㅠ
6. Cheotdanchu Items: filler removal, nasal bridge osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, hump nose, deviated septum + nasal valve stenosis + hypertrophic rhinitis Surgical method: septal cartilage + ear cartilage Cost: total 3.80 million (cosmetic) + 3.53 million (functional), insurance reimbursement available with diagnosis
=====> Since it’s a nose-specialized clinic, they looked at the CT very carefully. The doctor was very kind, and I was grateful that they explained very kindly that I didn’t need autologous costal cartilage. Also, this was the first place where I was diagnosed with nasal valve stenosis too, but the cost was much more expensive than I expected... Even if I get reimbursed for functional rhinoplasty, I still have to pay almost over 7 million at once... ㅜㅜ And they did virtual surgery for me, but I don’t think the doctor was very good at Photoshop.. While hearing the explanation, I thought I should do it here no matter how expensive it was,, but after seeing the Photoshop result, I no longer wanted to do it... ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Still, there was no pressure like making a same-day reservation or saying I had to do something by a certain date; they gave a cool consultation, so I liked that it wasn’t burdensome..
7. Coviju Items: hump nose, nasal tip, nasal bridge osteotomy, implant-free, crooked nose correction Surgical method: septal cartilage + ear cartilage Cost: 4.80 million including functional surgery (receive 1.00 million won reimbursement) -> 4.50 million on the condition of same-day reservation
=====> Nose-specialized clinic. They definitely said they would handle all the diagnosis paperwork for functional rhinoplasty and help me until the end, so I trusted them. I’m really torn between Coviju and Migo, but when I searched for reviews here, all the lines were too natural, so I’m a bit hesitant. It seems like the doctor has a somewhat distinctive line. Still, the free AS period is 3 years, and the big advantage is that the doctor is thorough with aftercare and if I don’t like it, I can have revision surgery by only adding the anesthesia fee... They said before surgery they do blood tests, liver enzyme levels, blood pressure, and allergy tests.
8. Migo Items: implant-free, hump nose, nasal bridge osteotomy, nostril base reduction, nasal tip, long nose correction, alar fat removal, filler removal, correction of deviated septum + correction of inferior turbinate hypertrophy Surgical method: perform deviated septum surgery with septal cartilage and use ear cartilage Cost: total 5.40 million (4.80 million as event discount price)
=====> I saw so many posts saying the surgery takes 4 hours, and after surgery there is almost no bleeding so they don’t even put cotton inside the nose, and it doesn’t hurt much either. First, my friend had surgery here and it came out so pretty. But this friend’s case is very different from mine. But what worries me is that I didn’t book here for functional rhinoplasty, yet they said I also needed functional correction, so since they don’t have a separate ENT specialist, I’m hesitant... And this was the only clinic that recommended nostril base reduction too... They seem to provide thorough aftercare, and they explained everything really well, so I trust them, and since my friend did it here, I want to do it here too, but since it isn’t a clinic specializing in functional rhinoplasty,,, I’m worried whether doing it together will be okay. Also, they make the nose line pretty, so that’s another reason I want to do it here...
Overall, the direction of the surgery is similar, so I want to do it somewhere with a pretty line and good safety,, everyone, among the clinics above, has anyone had surgery and developed side effects,
or is there a clinic where hump nose surgery turned out well like in my case??????
