If you look at my before photos, can you believe that was a nose that had already been operated on once… My biggest stress was my bulbous nose, but the bulbous nose wasn’t properly corrected, and the nasal tip kept droopingㅠㅠ So while looking into revision surgery, I found out about Very Good, and maybe because it’s a hospital mainly focused on rhinoplasty, the reviews for the doctors were good for both first surgeries and revision surgeries. So after thinking it over, I decided on Very Good and had the surgery. For the nasal tip, they used septal cartilage together with ear cartilage, and to improve the bulbous nose, they also did nostril base reduction. The nasal bridge was done with silicone. Originally, autologous costal cartilage too…
