Ever since I was young, my nose was upturned, so my nostrils were way too visible, and that bothered meㅜㅜㅜ I was also stressed about my side profile, so I had nose surgery in the summer of 2021, but it failed, so I ended up getting revision surgery. I don’t think I had any thought at all that the surgery might be difficult, and while editing photos, I was just happily convincing myself that my nose would come down like this, but in the end there was absolutely no improvement, so I was hugely disappointedㅎㅎㅎ At that point, my septal cartilage couldn’t be reused, and costal cartilage was the only answer. Everyone may have different priorities, but by my standards, I thought autologous costal cartilage would be betterㅎ I researched about 20 places...
