At ㅂㅌㅇ, I raised my nose by about 2 mm using custom silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. The director’s aesthetic preference is natural-looking results, so it matched me perfectly and I decided to go with it. In the end, I’m really, really satisfied. Before surgery, everyone around me tried to talk me out of it, but once I actually got it done, they said it turned out so well.
