I had a 3D-type alar base reduction + artificial dermis columella graft at a clinic! I was worried it would hurt, but it hurt much less than getting a wisdom tooth removed.. They do give several anesthetic injections, but honestly, it hurts less than getting Potenza at a dermatology clinic haha The injections do not go deep into the alar area; they go in shallowly, little by little, so it is not that painful~~~ Also, the director is a bit cynical, but it is okay to just take it that way. I was really worried a lot at first too, but I just trusted him and left it to him, and my face became so much prettier! Right after surgery, the stitched area looked a little pointy, so I thought it had gone wrong, but it becomes round later. The director knows exactly how much will not look pinched, and reduces it only to the point where it will not look pinched. Also, with the 3D type, there is a part where dissolvable sutures are inserted in the alar area to open it out a bit (improvement of alar curvature), and that also becomes natural after about a month as a slight curve comes back, so do not worry. Right after surgery, because of swelling, the nose looks a bit more upturned. Even after just one week, the nose comes down a bit, so do not worry. If you work in a job where you wear a mask, I think you can just go to work, and I went to work from day 11, and seriously no. one. knew. Nobody knew to the point that it honestly felt disappointing lolololol But a few people who knew I had surgery + my family said my impression became muuuuch more feminine and prettier~~ My satisfaction is 300%, and honestly this is a surgery that is closer to a procedure, so if you do not do it, it is actually a loss. I think it is a surgery that is hard to mess up. The director is also so confident that it makes you trust him. You will know if you go for a consultation.. Eating was the only slightly difficult part because I could not open my mouth wide and could not laugh a lot (they said if it does not heal, they might have to stitch it once more), but I just cut everything into small pieces and ate it, so there was no problem. Rather, because I had to take medicine, I tried to eat well lol You recover according to how well you eat, so make sure to eat properly~ I sincerely recommend alar base reduction surgery. My face looks smaller, and when I wear a baseball cap, it suits me better than before.. Before, when I wore a cap, my nose stood out too much and my nostrils were very visibleㅠ And even without covering the slightly yellowish area next to my nose with makeup, my nose looks slimmer, so it is pretty even when I am just staying stillㅠㅠ Even though I did not put anything in the nasal bridge or nasal tip, my nose looks much higher, and in actual side-view photos, my nose line has subtly changed.. I guess the columella graft has an effect..!
