I had surgery with Director Kim In-sang: Cozelco + cartilage tying + silicone for the nasal bridge! I want to leave only a truly honest review, so I’ll write honestly haha My original concerns about my nose were that my nasal bridge was low and my nasal tip was wide. My nose looked so low from the side that I didn’t even want to look at side-profile photos taken by other people, to the point that I would blur my eyes and delete them right away. During the pre-surgery consultation, I really, really liked the edited side-profile image showing the expected surgical result, so I paid the deposit and booked right away. I was very nervous on the day of surgery too, but in the waiting area they turned on a warm electric heating pad and let me use my phone, so I went in feeling less tense. I’m such a coward that I can’t even get injections, and I’d never had surgery in my life, so I was really scared. But the person who gave me the injection for sleep anesthesia did it in an instant, and everything proceeded right away, so it truly didn’t hurt at all. I just fell asleep as I was.. hehe Even when I woke up, it didn’t hurt at all, and on that day there was really zero pain. (I’m very dramatic about pain, but it truly didn’t hurt at all.) From the second day, only my ear throbbed slightly and hurt a bit. My nose didn’t hurt at all even after more than a week. When they removed the splint, they removed the stitches at the same time, and it didn’t hurt at all, so I asked again if they were really all done hehe After removing the splint, even if I ran around or did things, it didn’t hurt at all. For me, who was more scared of pain than whether it would look pretty, this was my first surgery that truly didn’t hurt at all.. (I’m too scared to even get Botox.) I even had silicone put in my nasal bridge, but aside from very slight yellow bruising on the bridge, there was nothing else, and there wasn’t much swelling either. My family said it was so pretty that they want to do it too, and that they’re going to go for a consultation.. hahaha It’s been 2 weeks since surgery now, and every time they see me at home, my mom and dad say, “This is amazing, they’re really so good at noses. How did it become prettier without looking obvious at all?” I think they say this more than 20 times a day. My younger sibling also says every time they see me that they want to do it too, and that it doesn’t look like I had plastic surgery at all, but my nose became completely pretty. I was so, so satisfied with my first cosmetic surgery. At first, after the consultation and going home, I felt very burdened because I worried the silicone in my nasal bridge would look obvious, but it doesn’t show at all, and even the tip of my nose became naturally pretty, so I’m really happy I was suspicious because there were only posts saying the reviews were good, but it turns out the reviews are only good because it really is good. I’m not someone who received an ad or sponsorship or anything like that; this has been a real review from an ordinary person!!
