Foreign-body sensation in my nose, examination at a university hospital

I’m entering 9 months after nose surgery. From week 5 after surgery, I had severe tenderness and a foreign-body sensation. But the hospital said it was aesthetic and not inflammation, so I endured it. But now the foreign-body sensation and pulling at the nasal tip are severe. I’m thinking of getting seen at a university hospital. Which hospital would be good to go to? Please share lots of information. This is so hard. The surgeon who operated on me keeps showing a defensive attitude.
